your cleint responsibilities
perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
assist in preparing reprots and scheudles that will be delievred to clients and otehr parites
develop and maitnain prodcutive working relatinoships with client persnonel
work in the team on strucutring and analzying potential transcations inclduing due diliegnce, a dergee in econmoics / business adminitsration / finnace
understanding of corporate finance theory
excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities
ability to work well within a team
effective written and verbal communication in english and latvian
knowledge of russian will be considered as an advantage
